Here at Lopez Beyond Basic Therapies and Massage, we have been practicing Holistic Healthcare for the entire family for over 45+ years. Providing the south Florida area with the best traditional (by hand) Chiropractic care infused with therapeutic/stress relief massage as well as whole body modern modalities. We believe in treating the body as a whole, treating the cause of dysfunction with chiropractic and the symptoms with massage therapy which will maintain your health naturally.

Meet the Team

Marta Gonzalez Lopez

Marta has been involved in the healthcare field for most of her life. She attended Florida College of Natural Health and graduated with honors. Upon graduation, she expanded her education and knowledge by mastering many key modalities in the field of massage and skin care. She maintained a busy thriving practice while teaching basic and advanced massage at Florida College of Natural Health and Miami-Dade College. She was awarded many teaching/practitioner awards such as a proclamation given by the County Commissioners of Miami-Dade and the mayor of Miami on September 21, 2000, which is celebrated as “Marta Gonzalez Lopez Day”.  She has since then committed all her expertise and time to practice at Lopez Beyond Basic Therapies & Massage.

Marta’s Skincare practice specializes in deep pore cleansing, acne and anti-aging treatments as well as other skin refining techniques. Using top-of-the-line products such as” Image skin care” (The official skincare line of Miss Universe and other beauty pageants) “Script skin care” (so natural you can eat them) “Pevonia” and  “Wilma Shuman”.

Eunice Lopez Perez

Eunice has been an LMT in the state of Florida since 1999. Graduating from Florida College of Natural Health with honors and the esteemed Golden Touch Award. She is certified in advanced therapeutic massage techniques which include deep tissue massage, sports massage, functional stretching, and hydrotherapy just to name a few. She also holds certificates in Cerebral Spinal Fluid Technique (CSFT) and Mesosculpture. 

In February 1999, she began working as an LMT for the well-established Chiropractic family practice. Throughout the years she has also worked in several spas and has continued her house-call practice. From 2003 to 2005, Mrs. Perez was an adjunct professor at Miami Dade College Medical Campus for the massage therapy course, teaching classes for the night school program. She taught anatomy, physiology, basic massage techniques, and the modalities lab.
